To maintain the integrity of our service and ensure fair terms for all users, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided, as well as user responsibilities regarding subscription management.

By purchasing or subscribing to Lead Formatter, you agree to this Refund Policy.

All payments for Lead Formatter subscriptions (monthly or annual plans) are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused time on subscriptions. Users are responsible for managing and canceling their subscriptions before renewal dates.

Lead Formatter offers a 2-day free trial to allow you to evaluate the tool before purchasing.

- During the trial, you can cancel anytime through your subscription dashboard: Manage My Subscription

- Failure to cancel during the trial period (within 48 hours of registration) will result in the automatic conversion of the trial to a paid plan, and you will be charged the applicable fee.

- Users are solely responsible for canceling through the dashboard to avoid charges.

- No refunds will be provided for failure to cancel during the trial period.

To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing date.

You have two options:
1. Log in to Lead Formatter, access the sidebar, and click “Manage My Subscription”.

Failing to cancel on time does not entitle you to a refund. The responsibility to cancel rests solely on the user.

Follow the installation instructions carefully. Use the same email address you signed up with during installation.

Failure to resolve access issues by taking the above steps does not qualify you for a refund.

If you experience a billing issue, you must contact us first at support@leadformatter.com.

Filing a chargeback without first reaching out to us violates this Refund Policy. Chargebacks will be disputed with the following evidence:

- Records of subscription status and billing history.

- Access logs and timestamps of tool usage.

- Communication records (or absence thereof) regarding cancellation or access issues.

If a chargeback is successfully disputed:

- Your eligibility for any refund is forfeited.

- Your access to Lead Formatter will be immediately terminated.

We may process a refund only if: You canceled your subscription before your renewal date and emailed us at support@leadformatter.com to confirm the cancellation.

You were still charged after completing the above steps.

Email us at support@leadformatter.com within 7 days of the charge. Provide supporting evidence (e.g., cancellation confirmation screenshot). Once verified, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

By subscribing to Lead Formatter, you:

- Confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

- Acknowledge that refunds are not provided except under the explicit exceptions outlined above.

- Agree to take responsibility for managing and canceling your subscription before renewal dates.

By continuing your subscription beyond the free trial, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
