By accessing or using Lead Formatter (“Service”), a Google Sheets extension provided by Longden & Longden Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Lead Formatter optimises and formats lead lists directly within Google Sheets to enhance workflows for lead generation and data management.

- You will receive immediate access to the tool.

- A 2-day free trial is provided to evaluate the service before billing begins.

You are responsible for installing and accessing the tool as outlined in Section 5.

New users are granted a 2-day free trial upon registration. At the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You must cancel your trial through the subscription dashboard before the trial ends to avoid charges. Failure to do so is considered acceptance of the paid subscription and no refunds will be provided.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for recurring payments based on the chosen billing cycle (monthly/annual).

To cancel or manage your subscription, you must:

- Use the “Manage My Subscription” option within the tool’s sidebar.

- Alternatively, visit the cancellation portal here: Manage My Subscription.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including subscriptions (monthly/annual).

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Cancellation instructions are provided in Section 3.3.

Refunds will only be processed if you:

- Canceled before the renewal date and

- Emailed support@leadformatter.com with confirmation evidence.

You must contact us first at support@leadformatter.com to resolve billing issues.

Filing a chargeback without prior contact violates these Terms and the Refund Policy. All disputes will be contested with evidence, including:

- Access timestamps and usage logs.

If a chargeback is successfully disputed:

- Access to the tool will be immediately terminated.

To access and use the Service, you must:

- Install Lead Formatter via the Google Workspace Marketplace: Install Here.

OR

Go to Google Sheets → Extensions → Add-ons → Get Add-ons → Search “Lead Formatter” → Install.

Upon payment or trial activation, you will be redirected to www.leadformatter.com/success, which includes:

- A video walkthrough for installing and using the tool.

You must follow the provided installation instructions.

Users acknowledge that failure to configure or access the tool as instructed, due to personal technical issues or oversight, does not warrant a refund or cancellation of charges.

You agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

- Not misuse the Service, Including:

- Unauthorised access.

- Data scraping.

- Interference with service functionality.

We retain Google user data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Data retention period: 12 months.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@leadformatter.com. Your data will be deleted within 10 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.

All content, tools, and software associated with Lead Formatter are the exclusive property of Longden & Longden Ltd. You may not resell, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service without written consent.

Lead Formatter is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any:

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

- Data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on results generated by the tool.

Your use of Lead Formatter is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lead Formatter at any time without notice for violating these Terms.
